The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences has announced the winners for the 29th Annual Webby Awards. It has selected The MeidasTouch Podcast to receive the Webby Podcast of the Year Award for what the judges say is the left-leaning show’s “extraordinary impact” on political commentary, becoming a “cultural touchstone and must-listen” for millions through its “sharp analysis and dynamic conversations.”

The Academy presents the Webby Podcast Company of the Year to the organization that has earned the most honors across the Podcast categories. With six Webby wins and eight People’s Voice Wins, alongside nine nominees and 11 honorees, iHeartMedia brings home the award in 2025. Among iHeart’s wins was Club Shay Shay, which won the Webby Award and People’s Voice Award for Best Creator or Influencer Series, Feature and Las Culturistas with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang, which won the Webby Award for Comedy series.

This year, the Webby Awards will honor Google for its first-ever Brand of the Year achievement. And the Academy announced NBCUniversal as the Webby Media Company of the Year for earning the most honors across all Webby categories — including podcasts.

“The Webby Awards celebrates the incredible diversity and global reach of the internet,” said Jesse Feister, Executive Director of Webby Media Group. “This year’s winners represent a masterclass of creativity and innovation.
